First thing’s first: We don’t charge you for a 30-minute get-to-know-you session.
Hiring a lawyer is hard enough without having to worry about spending money before you even know whether you’ve found the right fit.
If things are jiving and it feels right, we will have you sign a legal services agreement that will spell out the particulars.
Almost all of our work is done on an hourly basis, but every now and then we may perform some items for flat fees. Of course, we will make sure to discuss these things with you ahead of time.

BILLING PRACTICES
You’re paying good money for thorough and competent legal representation. You deserve to know the specifics of what your attorney is up to.
We always provide detailed invoices with specific descriptions of the work performed for you and when. If we’re chatting on the phone and digress into a seven minute discussion about the kids’ soccer game, no worries. We turn off the timer and chew the fat for while. When we need to get back on track, it’s our job to guide you there and to make sure your time and money is spent efficiently.
With few exceptions, all billing is charged to your credit or debit card. Aaron LLLC pays for all credit card transaction fees, so if you’ve put in a deposit, don’t sweat it.

At Aaron LLLC, we efficiently deliver high value legal services that we’re confident you’ll love. We offer many flat-fee services, and we also offer hourly services at $300 per hour.
