FOR SALE BY OWNER

FSBO: Headliner

Are you buying or selling residential estate in Hawaii?

Sometimes one or both parties to a real property transaction work without a real estate agent. In such cases, most people need legal representation. We are pleased to offer the full scope of services needed to complete the purchase or sale for predictable flat fees.

For those who prefer an hourly billing arrangement, we can do that at a rate of $300 per hour.

If you have any questions, you're welcome to call attorney Luke Korkowski at 808-492-0590.
